Capstone enterprises, has been formed with a primary focus to acquire, develop /renovate and operate multifamily properties in select targeted markets within the United States, in particular, but not limited to, the New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Highly truistic areas of Dominican Republic. However, we also offer project planning and strategizing consulting services to both start-up joint ventures and experienced investors that target buying undervalued multi mixed-use units to restock at improved market value.
Our company excels at the design, strategic planning and construction of new buildings/ expansion projects and works as operating partner in syndicated Investments structures. We focus on investing through of multi-unit Apartment developments as a vehicle for unique mix of both long-term appreciation and income potential, Joint ventures and similar equity investment, addition to reconstructing, revitalizing, and re-sale of undervalued and underperforming RE properties through innovative capital solutions.
To date, Capstone Enterprises has been involved in the acquisition and/or development of more than 20 residential/multi-units and commercial properties combined, with a current market value of more than $50 Million.

Opportunistic Acquisitions
The Company acquires distressed multifamily assets that are severely damaged or poorly managed requiring deep renovation by the Company’s in-house construction team.
The Company may also acquire distressed non-residential properties that are typically located in multifamily zones and adapt such properties for replacement in the competitive housing market.
Value-Add Renovation
The Company selectively acquires strategically located existing properties with substantial unrealized potential and creates value through strategic renovation, repositioning and proactive asset management.
Multifamily Development
The Company acquires undervalued land and/or highly development opportunity land to build multi-units properties through well thought out architectural designs and hands-on construction management.
